KFC Blue Downs - Poor Service

I bought something on the drive thru. I was told to pack out of the drive thru I will be help and my food would be brought to me. I waited for more than 25 minutes in that parking lot. When I walked in to find out what was happening with my order I then realized they had forgotten about my order. How is that possible? What really put me off and I ended up swearing at that lady is that instead of apologizing and be honest about the whole incident. She lies to me and telling me that the burgers are still coming and that they were one last thing. I cancelled that order and took my money back. I left with no food.
