Your driver did not follow my delivery instructions and instructions on phone call.

It clearly states that he needs to meet me by the door. When I called him back, I asked him to turn left after I've open the gate.

I opened the gate twice and he remained beyond the gate, and decided to cancel my order and drive away.

What type of drivers do you employ? I've ordered multiple times on your app and no other driver has failed to follow the simple instructions.

When I called your store, Edward failed to answer a simple question... let alone give me the name of YOUR driver.

The driver said his office instructed him to cancel. What is the waiting time?

Itumeleng at your contact centre was also not helpful with repeating the same thing and putting me on hold.

I'm very disappointed in how KFC ( driver, store manager and customer service) handled my query and I'll definitely never use your service again.

I'll sure make it a point to let others know of the poor service I received.

To add to the poor service KFC just send me the very same order that was canceled. Which is NOW COLD!!!!

Your driver had the nerve to tell me that it's not the 1st time that I'm shouting at him. Please confirm when he delivered here before?
