KFC Bloubergstrand

Terrible service. Workers are the most unfriendly I have seen in long time!

I have places complaints 3 times - they ask if someone should phone me every time and still no phone call!! Staff is shouting at people coming to pick up deliveries and and taking freely - while customers are waiting to be held. Even manager came out of his office and joined in the conversation. I asked the floor worker to please ask them to be quiet but they just ignored her and me. Chewing gum with open mouths. I asked 3 time for my money back because my order was packet already and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for pops that was still in fryer. So my other food was cold! Terrible terrible experience!!! Would never set foot in KFC Bloubergstrand again!!!
