KFC Blouberg - WORST RESTAURANT AND PLACE!

Questionable behaviour, no people skills, lack of training, lack of competence, ***** requests given to customers by this KFC branch! Branch Manager - Jessica has no customer skills. I logged a complaint with KFC for 1 issue, I now sit with 2. I escalated my matter to the Area Manager - I have not heard from anyone! I raised valid concerns but no one seems to care!
