KFC Bloemfontein Westdene

My husband and I went to kfc Zastron Road to go buy Sundae Ice cream, The lady by the name of Dipuo gave us a bad attitude . Instead of explaining that they have ran out of containers she used Coca Cola cup with no explainatio. My husband asked him Dipuo why Coca Cola containers ordered Sundae Ice cream? Her response was ‘ gale leje container le Ja Ice cream’ rolling her eyes calling the next customer. We asked for a manager , Donald came (claiming to be an acting Supervisor) we explain the situation Dipuo was still giving us stinking Attidude in front of the team leader , she was very rude towards us. Dipuo needs to be taken for customer training or send home permanately or else you will loose lot of customers with a stinking attidude and bad service. She was not even apologetic. There are lot of young people out there looking for jobs Dipuo doesn’t need it. I would like actions to be taken against Dipuo. She lack respect to kfc clients . She forget that we money pays her salary. Donald is a witness . May have feedback and I would Dipuo personaly apologize to me and husband.
