KFC Blackheath, Worst Branch Ever

KFC Blackheath has the worst service among all the branches unless you mention others. The management cover for one another and does not know what to do or how to manage the store. She even cover up for the branch manager Mrs B who also can't give answers or does not not to say whom her area manager is. The wait for chicken was 45 min and this was my third time there. It's not a fast food store and KFC head office does nothing about it. The chips are horrible and oily and whole I was there three people complaint about incomplete orders and wrongly packed orders. Don't support KFC Blackheath until management is changed and the store is sorted out.
