KFC Blackheath, over 45 mins in the drive thru

KFC Blackheath, off Beyer's Naude Drive, is the most inefficient and unconcerned KFC around. On numerous occasions, and a regular KFC customer, either this one or the one in Palm Court. On majority of my visits to the Blackheath one, the drive thru was not working, or the person in charge forced patrons to come to the payment window, to place their order, this causes huge backlogs and queues, often lasting over 30 mins. Tonight was no exception, for over 45 mins I was wasting fuel and patience just waiting, stuck in the drive thru, and when I reach the front, the manager in charge (Gregory) could only say oh sorry their payment systems are offline. I asked him since when, he said as I arrived, I told him then why was there a wait for over 45 minutes, he said oh no it started when I joint the queue, and yet none of the workers could tell their patrons that. He further did not bother to listen to my issues as the time spent was entirely KFC's fault and eventually just walked away. I was forced to leave my family's supper behind at such a late time of the evening. This is pathetic and being a level 6 Google Reviewer, I have also made it publicly known of the troubles that this branch faces, with systems and clearly personnel training
