KFC Black Friday Special, I Don't Think So!

I'm so disappointed, I ordered the black Friday special online 2 conel burgers for R49.99, at Eldorado Park KFC order went through successfully and I only received two burgers when I shared my online slip they advised that it's only till 6 but is continued to process my order and I had to pay extra for the two additional burgers.

Strange due to the fact that I received the other online special. The chicken was burnt and tasted Ike burnt oil.

The last time I ordered the chicken strip box I got 5 pieces of strips and only two of the sauces , when I questioned it they advised it's only 5 pieces and this was how it came for R160

On numerous occasions they either remove items or exclude items like the extra wings.

The stuff are rude and not helpful at all I have rated the orders on numerous occasions but no one calls me back.

One looks for convenience especially when you don't have a car and then you disappointed by the constant lekker of service
