KFC - Bishop Lavis - the worst

Something needs to be done about the service and poor quality of food at Bishop Lavis KFC. I bought an all in one meal and the chicken was terrible, it was dry and cold. The cole slaw was off and had a sour smell. Every time we buy from KFC bishop Lavis, there's something wrong with the food, its either raw, there's always a wait time by the drive through. thye say chicken will be ready in 10min but i end up waiting over 30min. The staff need to change, they have no pride in what they do. They are not feeding animals. I would like to be compensated for the terrible service i could not take the food back as it was late and i drive alone and dont stay close to the shop. We now end up driving to Belhar for KFC. I have complained at their customer service but nothing came of it.
