KFC BIRCHLEIGH NORTH - DIMAKATSO, LUCIA AND MAKOMA

I am crying out for help, Dimakatso @KFC Birchleigh North disrespected us twice in 30 minutes(drive thru) and gave us awful services. We tried getting in the store to address the issue and still didn't get the help/satisfaction, she would not even come to us in the front to hear us instead her colleagues were covering for her, this was Lucia and Makoma. Please hear us out and save a lot of customers from such an experience.
