KFC Birch Acres Mall is Terrible

KFC at Birch Acres Mall has the worst service. Is it because its in the township or the manager just doesnt care if there is even a manger. The staff members have the worst service and it doesnt operate like any other kfc anywhere else. Yesterday i decided to buy the Tuesday special, and for the 1st time after a while I went to KFC Birch Acres Mall. I obviously queued to pay and then i went out to run another errand while my order is being prepared. After a while i came back and went to the collection window to ask if they've reached my order number. Firstly people in very long queue asked me to go to the back of line - to my biggest confusion. And then the staff on the other side of the window, told me i need to go queue like the others, to then collect my food and they dont call out order numbers! What nonsense is that? I had to stand another hour waiting for my order, because obviously the meat gets finished suddenly and we wait while they cook more meat. We are disrespected as people in our own community, where a business operates and we support it yet the service is terrible. No aircon while you stand. You cant sit and wait for your order and only they know what state that kitchen is in if the service is so bad in front.

Someone needs to look into this, its a disgrace to the KFC brand and all this because we not in the suburbs and the know even if we complain no one will do anything about it. Sies to KFC Birch Acres, that is exactly why i hardly ever go to that place. KFC in Liliba sction Tembisa, is a whole lot better
