Kfc Birch Acres Mall

I am soo dissapointed by kfc Birch Acres mall. Yesterday I ordered 5 variety strips meal and ordered that my strips be normal not spicy since well I don't eat spicy or hot food but the cashier who was assisting me Nonhlanhla did not even bother to be attentive and they gave me a wrong order, even the lady who was giving out orders I gladly ask that she gives me katchup and salt and she said she did but none of those where in a bag when I get home and they always do this or they will tell you that if you did not order any fries they don't give you but I am surprised as that is part of packaging. Their services is also bad, I would day 4/10
