KFC Biaba no longer a fast food store.

Hi. My recent two visits to KFC Biaba (Nzhelele Limpopo) were nothing short of a disastrous experience. I had let go the first visit's experience (on 29/04/16) with hopes that it might have been month end rush that got the staff tired. But my visit today reiterated that indeed the staff have lost a sense of urgency when helping customers. This makes the store lose its status as a fast food chain. The store also lacks a sense of direction for customers coming into the store as customers that have already ordered tend to crowd the counter waiting for their orders. As if that wasn't enough, as a student and self proclaimed connoisseur of KFC's mash and gravy, i ordered Street wise pap meals and the gravy was as runny as the limpopo river. I believe i do not share this frustrations on my own as i heard other customers complaining about the time factor. This should be a wake up call to store management and staff to re-evaluate themselves and the way they treat not only customers but the "fast food brand" itself.
