KFC Bergbron Gauteng South Africa

I work hard for the money I make. and when I feel like spoiling myself on my day off with some kfc. I dont expected kfc bergbron on Gordon road Guauteng South africa to ***** my money and when I ask for my change back they tell me there is no change. When my bill was R121.60 I gave them R201.60 so that means I should in the real world get R80 back. But in kfc world that means thanks for coming and thanks for the R80 tip. When I ask for the money back the staff that work in the shop look at me like I’m crazy and laugh and carry on with the night. When we call head office they tell us it’s not the first time they get calls like this and that they can only look at the footage in the morning as the manager has no access to the footage. So what do they have a manager on duty for to look pretty? Sis on you kfc will not be going back. I know I’m only one person and they don’t really care but at least I get the word out there and maybe stop one more person for paying for kfc and see a ******* company go down.
