KFC BERGBRON 3RD STRIKE I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE OR ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

1: I walked in and no one was standing by the door sanitizing or taking temperatures. 2: The took so long with my order and added barbeque sauce with the nuggets , but gave me mayonaise. 3: While standing and waiting for my order I noticed the counter was filthy and oily and was not being sanitized regularly. infact since I got there till the time I left , no one sanitized the counter. 4: The uber eats or Mr Delivery guys have a line in which they stand to collect their orders. and us (in store customers) have a line in which we stand to collect our orders. One of the delivery guys came from the back of the line and stood inbetween me and the delivery guy who was first in line, touching my shoulder (NO SOCIAL DISTANCING) When i asked him to distance himself he said no he has to ask them something. They also took long to attend to him so he stood next to /ontop of me for a while. (He clearly had not bathed for 11 years and his mask covered his chin and.......his chin. thats it) the women attended to him , but did not ask him to give us some social distancing. The delivery guy was helped and proceeded to stand behind me making a comment that I think he has COVID-19 because he is black. What he does not know is my son and my husband are black. So i found the remark ******. He still was not reprimanded. 5: After we were served the door to the KFC was locked. They had locked a bunch of people in a hot restaurant with a virus lurking. because no one could stand by the and tell people not to enter because it is almost time to close.

@KFCBergbron this is your 3rd strike you guys are backward and have zero customer etiquette. You have let down KFC as a franchise.
