KFC BELVILLE BAD SERVICE

I am so disappointed with the service i received from KFC Bellville in Strand road, it is 24 hours but every time i go to order there is no chicken available. We always told to wait 20 minutes which takes 45 minutes. I am so disappointed as this is the closest KFC to my work and we face the same problem every day. The manager is not helpful at all. When we order over the phone we get the wrong orders i really dont know what is going on
