KFC BELHAR STATION

<p>If you guys can go for customer service training, this kfc at belhar station shopping centre would operate smoothly. From the manager Lucia to most of the staff, you cant treat paying customers like dogs sh.t....no excuses wheen card machines are not working at the drive through or any notices concerning faulty systems. You get a iiritable manager and staff that cant even try to explain why things dont work or operate like snails...maybe snails are even faster. People fight amongs each other because of the queue issue and why they dont get serviced competently. But as the say it starts from the top, manager Lucia i feel sorry that you have to work for this company. Your "probably" a nice person after work.</p>
