KFC belhar FAILS dismally at the concept of "Service" !

KFC in Belhar (Cavalier Centre) has proven time and time again that they are absolutely *********** as a fast food service. They fail at the concept of service in itself! I cannot remember a single instance where I was satisfied with the service EVER...either the staff are rude and unwelcoming, the food is under-cooked or burned, you are given half of your order or the wrong order OR a combination of these! Aside from the routine visit to the outlet that ALWAYS involves an unsatisfactory service rendered, I have made multiple efforts to complain to staff and management, but seemingly neither even CARE about the absolutely putrid level of service- or lack thereof. Two of the most recent events involve ordering a sweet chilli twister, and told that I can't order that because the toaster is still being cleaned - I should order something else. In my shock, I expressed that this is not acceptable, I was asked to go to the SPAR nearby to give them time to clean the needed equipment and then come back and order my twister. WHAT?!!!! What pushed me over the top last night was going to the drive-through, as I was in a hurry and needed a "fast food" outlet to deliver its service! I ordered hot wings and sprinkle pops. I ordered at 21h31, and after a good testing of my patience and igniting fiery frustration which led to an outburst on my part, I received my order TWENTY-FIVE minutes later at 21h56!!! To make things worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction to staff, I was blatantly ignored...once again proving my point that this outlet does not give 2 cents about the service they render and whether customers are happy. As if the experience could not get any worse, I got home to no sprinkles for my sprinkle pops (which were COLD so I don't know what I waited 25 minutes for??) and something resembling chicken wings. Finally, I have heard countless similar stories from fellow Belhar residents, and NOTHING is being done!!!! I've just about had enough to motivate me for further action involving a petition against this store so we can make space for a business who actually cares about rendering a SERVICE!
