KFC BELHAR DRIVE THRU OR WALK THRU??????

i visited KFC Belhar at 22:05 on 04/10/2018. when we got there the drive thru line was extremely long because the shop was closed already. i did not have a problem waiting in the line because its not something new. after a few minutes a car pulled behind me and then decided to go park in front of the shop and and knock on the door to be assisted. after a few minutes of going back and forth with the person mopping the floor i see he gets a assisted now this is already unfair but i let it go because no point in crying over spilled milk right? what really ****ed me off was when i eventually got to the window after an half an hour all of a sudden 3 drunk girls appear out of the blue barging in and wants to order so i obviously open my mouth and tell the lady to assist me because i was next. so the lady took my order very uncomfortably. My biggest problem with this is....is this a drive thru or a WALK thru, i do not blame that girls because obviously they will try their luck. i blame that cashier that allowed it in the first place what about all the people that been standing there waiting to be assisted. this is utter bull**** and i want it to be addressed next time ill take a video and post it on all social media platforms believe you me a i am a regular customer this is not the first time we are receiving ****ty service.
