KFC Belhar disaster toilet Managment

Stoping at the drive through to grab a bite I needed the rest room urgently so I jumped out the car to use the toilet ,got to the door there was a passkey to let you in so I ran back to my car and asked the lady behind the counter what I should do . She said to me to just come in she would open . When I got back into the restaurant she was busy and at that time I wanted to wet myself already . I turned to another staff member who told Me that the passkey was on my receipt and that the lady behind the counter needed to give me this ,turning back to this lady behind the counter the 2 staff members looked at each other not knowing what to do as the one behind the counter didn't know what,or where the receipt was and the other one refused to open the door needless to say I dashed across the road and used the Mc Donald's rest room and felt so relieved , the 2 fast foods sit opposite each other and the Mcds restaurant was open even though i dint buy anything there . So I called the KFC hotline and logged a complaint and the lady said she would take this issue up with the franchisor and get back to me . It had been almost 2 months and no reply to my very disturbing call on that day !!Wow !! How about that for customer service .!!!! Never to go back there again thanks KFC for caring about your customers and their needs
