KFC Belhar

Hi there

This was SO bad. I absolutely cannot believe the terrible attitude of the lady at the window, she got upset that we wanted to pay with the card, and then only to wait 5-10 minutes for the manager to come and to a thumb tap, so that the card machine can work. I asked for a Zinger burger, with the colonel sauce and not the spicey zinger sauce, no tomato. OFCOURSE it was wrong. And OFCOURSE the burger was cold. Like...honestly guys, this is the time of the month people aren't always full of funds and sometimes KFC, which isn't the cheapest anymore, helps us feel happy with a great meal. But the lady took the burger back, came back with the tomato removed, EXTRA sauce added...***??? Instead of a new burger, with the requested sauce.

This was a HORRIBLE combination. I ended up giving the burger away because that was absolutely horrific. From the window lady, to the staff inside disregarding my request. I'm doing my UTMOST best to not swear here. But I really hope a representative or somebody reaches out.
