KFC Belfast; skip to avoid disappointment

I travel to Nelspruit once a month for business of which on my way back I will stop at KFC Belfast for lunch. The store itself is already sub standard but I have come to accept it. But the last 2-3 months it got even worse?! Everytime when I get there between 2-4 a delivery vehicle will be parked in their drive through? Why have a drive through when you are going to use it as a loading zone??

I was able to find a way around the truck, got to the ordering intercom with a very nice sign stating that they cannot process card payments? ***! I cannot reverse because of the truck, there was no prior warning when entering the drive through, I do not have cash on me so I was stuck with the other cars in front of me.

That is it, if KFC cannot manage service delivery I do not need to support their business PERIOD.
