Kfc bela bela and their poor service

So the other day we had loadshedding and o ordered food, when i had to pay via drive through i was told to park my car and go stand que inside because the system died. I refused anf they put through my order. Today I ordered kfc twister it was dry and cold, my cold drinks best before date is 25 August 2020...We always get poor service because we are locals.
