KFC- Bedworthpark - Rudest people i have ever encountered in my whole life

Worst service. I received bad service from a lady called Yandiswa at KFC Bedworth center. I asked for the manger, the manager 'Mangwane' refused to come speak to me. Speaking in sesotho, she said:" what do they want, I don't want to be bored' . I waited at the window for a further 30 minutes , hoping she would come. She never came. This is not the first time I receive such bad serivce at this store. The cashiers are rude. Sies! They all kept coming to the drive through window to peak at me. Worst service i have ever received. Is this what we pay for really.
