KFC Bedfordview Pathetic!

<p>Bedfordview KFC is pathetic! I stood for nearly 30 mins in the drive through queue only to be told that they forgot to order flour and cannot make chicken.</p> <p>How can KFC not sell chicken???? Not only did this franchise waste a half an hour of my time, but couldn't sell the basic product your company is known for.</p> <p>Not only that, there wasn't even a sign up to warn customers. Upon speaking to the manager, all I got was a blank stare!</p> <p>This is not the first time I've experienced shoddy service from this branch! Previously this branch was understaffed and could not fill the customers orders. Most customers walked out without their food after waiting for more than 45 minutes. I waited 40 minutes for a box meal!!!</p> <p>This is unacceptable and I expect that head-office begin looking into this matter. Although KFC is close to my home, I can assure you I will in future rather drive to ANY other fast food outlet and avoid KFC.</p>
