KFC Bedford Centre Worst service ever that includes rude staff, poor quality, and a drive and wait facility.

KFC Bedford Centre worst service ever, staff is rude as hell, a drive thru with them is a drive and wait for ever with the service they provide they can close down. We placed an order at the drive thru and had to wait for more that 20 minutes for the line to move when i ask the lady at the first window why its taking to long she said i don't know, then eventually you get to the window to collect food and i asked the lady what is taking so long she walks away ignoring you. Nice service hope you can continue like this and close down.
