KFC Bedford Centre - slow / dirty / old/inedible chips

We were at KFC Bedford Centre last night at 21:36 - order No. 303 The place was empty except for us and customers before us. The lady at the till was slow and repeated the order 2/3 times before placing it. Before the order was completed, she asked to look at our slip again. It wasn't a omplicated order with many variations and single items! The chips were ice cold and OLD who knows how long they had been laying around and were inedible and the cherry on top was the absolute state of the place - inside there were empty food containers etc. on the floor as well as empties on 2/3 tables - when was the last time the place was cleaned. Never again! Disgusting on all accounts! Whoever is managing the East Rand Branches needs a major kick up their bu**! Primrose, Meadowdale and Now Bedford Centre as well. They are all equally bad.
