KFC Bedford Centre

Went to KFC Bedford Centre on the 14/04/2022 around 10:45. Worst place to be, with worst waiteress (Francina). This lady is extremely rude. Makes one wonder if KFC takes their staff to training about customer service.

This Francina just bite our heads off because we wanted to buy foods and due to load shedding the food wasn't ready, the sign outside said open. So we politely said to her check the sign because people will come in thinking you guys are open. OMG the way she went on about us not knowing that there was load shedding everywhere and how dare we tell her about the signage. We even apologized and said we not fighting it was just a tipoff. If KFC keep staff like this, they will quickly lose business. Don't ever want to see myself in that shop to be disrespected by a human being like that again
