KFC BEDFORD CENTRE

the kfc in bedford centre is the most frustrating place to find yourself if you are hungry or looking for a quick snack. The is always one cashier working all the time regardless of the long line. if you call in before hand to order its also useless as the order is not done anyway still have to wait. The customer services is so poor its not even funny. They are *********** and don't even apologies for causing inconvenience.....You order a pay for a meal and after waiting 10 minutes they tell you the is no gravy....why was i not told this before they took the money....why am i suppose to now choose again and add waiting time which i don't have to begin with

I have been thinking it will get better but its getting worse every time i go there....

Please do something about the services
