KFC Beauford West total DISAPPOINTMENT!

Hi I just bought food from KFC Beauford West and I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The chicken was pitch black inside because it wasn’t cleaned properly or its just plain simple old! I’m on the road to Johannesburg and stops are limited and short therefore there is no time to go back to back and forth. The toilets were so filthy and when I advised them to clean because many people pass there the staff were making jokes about it and dropping hints about how its not their work

So tell me how can this sort of behavior be stopped I mean it’s not that we get these things for free!

From get go a client should receive quality service whether you buying food or just using toilets

I am very dissatisfied and disgusted by their food and their petty, ******** and unprofessional staff!!!
