KFC

I must say that I'm not happy with the way you guys make your twisters these days. I have changed restaurants thinking maybe the next one will be better but it seems like it's all KFC restaurants. The discription of the twister clearly states that you get 2 crispy strips in the wrap (which used to be true that's why I fell in love with the twister in the first place). But now all we get is 2 thick boiled chicken pieces which don't have taste.. What happened?

And seriously I would like for this question to be answered cause I'm very concerned, what going on?
