KFC Banbury - Missing items packed on drive thru

KFC Banbury has this tendency of not packing everything one ordered when buying from drive thru. Twice I bought thru their drive thru and some of my order was not packed. I hardly check my order when handed it over and only check when I get home, only to discover some of the items missing. Not sure if this is only happening to me but it's wrong. I didn't think anything of it the first time but now that its happening for the 2nd time, I feel I need to report it.
