KFC Ballito Junction Terrible Service!!

My partner and I stood in line for over 30 minutes to place an order, while we understand that the power was out, no staff members thought it would be necessary to inform customers that were waiting in line that, you could not order specific items such as a burger due to the lack of electricity. You can do a lot better than this! Your customer service is pathetic and you need to reevaluate your entire team at that store! We have had multiple bad experiences there.
