KFC Bad Service incomplete meals

Kfc, why is your service so bad? Do you charge your employees for salt and catchup. I order a big meal and spend so much only to not have any salt or catchup in the meal. This is very disappointing and if you ask for salt or catchup they refuse like they are the ones paying for it.
