KFC bad service in Kensington. Cnr Queen street and Langaman street Johannesburg

I am Extremly disappointed with the service I received from KFC in cnr Queen street and Langaman street in Kensington Johannesburg on the 20/02/2025 at 20:00 t0 21:00. I waited for approximately 25 to 30 minutes waiting to be served on the drive thru and no one bothered to informig us about the cause of the delay, the stuff members are extremely rude, impolite and *********** and on top of that after waiting for that long the meat was not properly cooked.
