KFC bad service

By far the worst experience. Ordered dunked wings at 9h10, told me it will take 10 min and I had to wait outside. 9h45 8 went inside the store to ask how much longer. No one knew what I was talking about yet I had slips. Eventually they found out someone gave my order to someone else. Now this part freaked me out! NO APOLOGY OR REMORSE. Not even from the manager called Wiseman. So now Wiseman says they have no dunked wings left but zinger wings and he will give sauce in the side. Mind you, he proceeds to tell us to WAIT another 10 min, which resulted in 25 min. Heaven alone knows why! The crushers was soggy of the long wait. My heart skipped a few beats because not the manager not the workers saw it fit to apologize for THEIR mistake. So what was suppose to be 10 min eventually became much more than a hour, due to their negligence 🥺
