KFC bad service and money *****ing

On the 10th of July I went to KFC and bought myself a dunked all star box... used one of their order machines to order and pay money was deducted from my account and I got no receipt... I was told the money will reverse into my account after 24 hours... it has been now 72 hours and money has not refunded. I was told by KFC worker that I will be contacted. Guess what no contact made to myself. This is not the only dispute I have I also purchased a voucher and I was advised that the voucher was used and I did not use the voucher.... KFC Airport City 72*** osfontei... no response from KFC Airport City... I have had nothing but bad experience from KFC
