KFC BAD SERVICE AND EXPECTING CUSTOMERS TO PAY MORE FOR THERE MEALS

Good day. I went to my closest #KFC branch "Cnr. John Vorster and Lenchen Avenue Centurion" to order the new #DunkedBurger meals. It was honestly the worst service I have ever received from any KFC across South Africa. The cashier 1st informed me that the soda fountain isn't working and that I should now pay extra for my meal to receive a buddy bottle with my meals I'm ordering....!!!HOW IS THAT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT THAT THE BRANCH DOES NOT MAINTAIN THERE EQUIPMENT!!! So I requested that if your soda machine isn't working? you should compensate the drink with a buddy bottle at no additional cost!!! he then said that what he can do is open a buddy bottle, pour it into the cup and then give it to me...I then requested to speak to the manager and the manager refused to come talk to me. The cashier then said that there is nothing he can do and I can leave the store... This is honestly bad service from this branch and I would never consider purchasing from the branch again. Fortunately enough, there was another #KFC branch that does take pride in there customer service and I was able to buy the 4 #DunkedBurger meals that I required. ? great service at #KFC "Jean Village Shopping Centre, Corner Jean & Gerhardt Streets Centurion"
