KFC bad service and attitudes from staff

Bad service at KFC Heiderand mall Mosselbay.

Second time I get the wrong order going through the drive-thru and then you need to pay again for all the stuff you already paid for.

Myself nor my family will every again support this bussiness because of their bad service and attitude when you ask them why the order is wrong.
