Kfc bad service

I ordered food at KFC Roodepoort 18:52. Order number Louise***

I called the call centre at 20:30 she said the driver is at the store the food will be delivered.

19:00 Food confirmation email 19:26 apology for delay email 20:30 I called to find out where is my food and the consultant said the drive is at the store collecting the food. Roodepoort is less than 5km from my house. 20:48 I got a sms from my bank that my money is reversed.

I call the call centre agent again and I ask her where is my food. She says it was cancelled because it's too late to deliver. So please tell me where do i get delivery this time of the night? Hence I have kids to feed. Because the call center told me to call Uber eats if I want food and 20:48 none of the restaurants In My area takes orders

KFC shouldn't have delivery service if they can manage it. Over promise under-deliver is the service they give.
