Kfc bad service

I use to love the service of kfc river park but no more weeks ago I got bad service old rubbery food and order incorrect. The weekend I was their someone stole an order and lady infront shouted for security, security did nothing said what happens in kfc is not his problem, he only deals with outside incidents ("how safe are we with these waste of times) what are they really there for? A free salary is this where our R2 goes? This morning I was very angry paid so eone to order me food, my order is always the same in the mornings brekkie crunch with zinger sauce(" I don't eat tamatoe sauce) my mash n gravy open in the bag fallen over. Was disgusting service. I messaged kfc on messenger and demanded a replacement meal now. Looks like the sleep till the afternoon. Just no service at kfc and I'm really unhappy as I'm a regular client.
