KFC Bad service

Yesterday my wife and I, went to the Palm Springs KFC just to get two cones of ice cream only to find a melted one , I complained about it and the lady said the machine has a problem and without apologising she walked away leaving us at the drive through window . This was a very bad service that we experienced at KFC.
