KFC BAD SERVICE!

Very bad service on Sunday. Waited in the drive-through for more than 40 minutes for 3 ice creams....ridiculous! Spoke to management on the phone and went inside to speak to them.....just said... "Sorry" When we finally got our ice creams they already started melting and I had to ask for others.... KFC should invest in proper training and customer service. They will never see me or my wallet again...
