Kfc bad service

I was at Kfc Southside center in Strand and asked for the Tuesday wings special of R55. The cashier said they only have the one off R75. I said no thanks I'll go check at kfc in beach road. I first phoned kfc beach road and they said they have the special. I went and bought it. I went back to KFC at OK Southside center and showed them that I just bought it at kfc. The manager then told me it's not loaded on there system and when I asked why is it then loaded at kfc Beach road? She the rep**** maybe she is stupid and don't know where to find it on the system and started laughing.

This is very poor service to laugh at a customer and make such remarks. I called KFC customer care line and they not very helpful either. If u don't know how to treat your customers with respect closed your doors
