KFC Bad service

I bought take away at KFC zevenwagth mall. As we driving and my wife want to eat , all our food not in. I called the manager and she told me came back and pick up the rest of my order. I told her im more than 5 km away and she told me I can call the head office if im not happy. I returned and she told me I can have a free drink for my trouble after I had to drive almost 10 km to get my order they mess up.
