KFC Bad service

We went to KFC Walmer Port Elizabeth. Ordered 3 x Box Meals and 3xPops. We were told to wait in parking as pops were another 3 min. 15 later my friend went in to find out where our order was only to find out that they were still busy making it. Whilest there same time there were 2 other customers also with queries about time and service. KFC being as big as they are cant afford bad service like that as it sets a trend and creates a reputation. Been going to KFC for years but never seen anything like this
