KFC BAD SERVICE

<p>I placed an order for delivery and I was told that it would take 20 minutes. An hour later I called to query my order and the lady at the call centre said she would call the store and query. When she called back, she said that the driver was on route. After a further half hour I called to query my order for the second time and the lady said she would call the driver directly. The driver arrived 15 minutes later with cold food in a torn bag and the wrong food . This is the second time this has happened and it is unacceptable service from an international franchise. Definitely not worth the wait or the money! </p>
