KFC bad service

Yes I recently ordered online at KFC Soshanguve Plaza to collect via drive thru. There was a long queue for drive thru pick up until it was my turn to collect. I gave them my reference number when I got to the window and I was told I should go queue inside for collection. It was cold and windy that night and my son and I had to queue with everybody else outside in the cold. People were not observing the Covid 19 social distancing and most of them were not even wearing masks. So we decided to go home without our order for fear of our health. So why open an online ordering platform and drive thru if you can't handle it?
