Kfc bad service

Kfc Faerie Glen.. The service is very poor today I arrived there at 07:00 the doors and drive through was open but I couldn't even see one staff member, I hooted on drive through no one showed up until 07:15 when I decided leave then the guy who drives deliver s****** saw me and helped. It is not the first time I experience poor service at this particular store. Extremely disappointed ?
