KFC BAD REFUND SERVICE

Wow you have such ****py services KFC as a matter of fact please stop doing deliveries and operating on an app clearly Uber and such companies do deliveries better than you guys.

Yesterday I ordered wings on the app at the Greenstone KFC and 40 minutes later I got a call from the store saying they don’t have the wings and I must call the customer service to get a refund. Guys why must I as a customer have to call customer care if you couldn’t deliver? Why can’t you just refund the account that made the order?

I called the call centre only to speak to *********** stuff with no customer service skills wow I’m never ever going to KFC again
